Ohio University Athletics open their doors to all kids 6th grade and younger for an educational day complete exposure to Division I Women’s Basketball! Rufus’s Field Trip game provides students, chaperones, and free drivers FREE admission for a one-of-a-kind OHIO Bobcats women’s basketball experience.
*Pre-registration required.
** While there is no limit to the number of students or chaperones your group can bring, schools are encouraged to register as soon as possible.
Important Information
- Schools can begin arriving to the Convocation Center at 10 AM, the game will begin at 11 AM and is expected to end at 1 PM.
- Prior to arrival you will receive instructions on where drop off, pick up, bus parking, and your seating location will be. Additionally, Ohio Athletics representatives will be available to help guide those as needed.
- Schools will be permitted to bring packed lunches and drinks. We ask that kids either carry their own items or each school/classroom/group pack their lunches into large bins that are labeled that Ohio Athletics representatives can help transport. No glass bottles are permitted.
- Additionally, the concession stand will be open and available.
- There will be no charge for tickets or parking, this is a free event designed to engage students and the community with our Division 1 athletics program. The only cost to you will be your transportation and bringing each student’s lunch.
- There are ample restrooms available in the Convocation Center and we can accommodate special requests and needs
